I’m always tired.

I feel like I’m always tired, I’m always exhausted. And in my line of work, I can’t be tired all the time, so I try to suck it up and get through it. Did you guys know that trauma actually affects you physically? I read somewhere (I’ll find the link)- that people who have suffered from trauma actually require more sleep in order to be healthy. Crazy right? It kind of makes sense though.

Anyone else feel like they just need a lot more sleep than other people? Or that normal everyday activities just wear you out?
